I have sailed since I was a kid. Mostly "off the beach".
My fist time sailing was on a rental "sailfish" at Lakes Entrance. We, my friend and I, puttered around in the warm water and gentle breezes, falling in often and generally getting the hang of how things work.
In the intervening years I sailed what I could and when I could. Family, kids, mortgages, work and all that always seemed to get in the way.
In the last few years I have discovered keelboat sailing.
At first it was once or twice a month, then it grew to every week, and now I sail as often and wherever I can. This blog is a collection if photos, videos, and stories from the times I go sailing.
